It will take up to 2 inches off your waistline. It hooks up the front and laces up the back.

It has a red gathered ribbon trim along the top and bottom edge. The tutu skirting is attached to the corset. It is made from over 40 yards of tulle. It is an amazing dress and is sooo much fun to wear!
This dress would make a fantastic ringmaster or queen of hearts costume!
